Fill a small container with water, such as a cup, mini-pan, or bowl.
Open the color pots you want to use, moisten a brush of the suitable size, and dissolve some paint with the moistened brush.
To apply glitter, simply open one of the corners of the cover on a glitter cell and sprinkle as desired. (Pro tip: don't remove the glitter cover entirely, or you might risk spilling more than you want to!) It is also possible to spread glitter by dipping into it with a wet brush, but be careful not to mix too much paint in the glitter pot, or it may become clumped when it dries.
Don't forget you can mix colors! After painting with one color, apply some of a different color while the first is still wet to achieve color blending.
